Colourful English

In English, sometimes, the words defining colours don't only mean colours but also include other meanings, which makes English more colourful.

Try to define the meanings of the words below:

1. Black
2. Red
3. Pink
4. Green
5. Blue

Then find out their synonyms from the phrases of word below:

a. Angry
b. Bad luck
c. Healthy/fine
d. Inexperienced/lack of experience
e. Jealous
f. Sad
g. Tired

Read the following examples to find out the answers and know how to use those words:
